Halloween se nezadržitelně blíží a v Learn It Town to platí dvojnásob! Všichni nosí halloweenské kostýmy a dělají tematické hodiny. A dnešní hodina nebyla výjimkou!

Začali jsme strašidelnými příběhy s duchy, mrtvými manželi a záhadnými vraždami. Prostě klasika J. Tady je část jednoho, který mě zaujal nejvíce.

Hanging by his feet from the tree next to the car was the dead body of Ned.  His bloody throat had been cut so deeply that he was nearly decapitated. The wind swung his corpse back and forth so that it thumped against the tree. Bump. Bump. Bump.

Po takových děsivých příbězích jsme potřebovali nějaké odlehčení, a tak jsme četli vtipnou básničku.

Belinda lived in a little white house,

With a little black kitten and a little gray mouse,

And a little yellow dog and a little red wagon,

And a realio, trulio, little pet dragon.

Now the name of the little black kitten was Ink,

And the little gray mouse, she called him Blink,

And the little yellow dog was sharp as Mustard,

But the dragon was a coward, and she called him Custard.

Zítra je v Learn It Town velká Halloweenská párty! Doufám, že se tam potkáme! J
